CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- Information on how to claim forms part of these conditions of entry.
- Purchase period is from 1st January 2016 to 30th June 2017.
- Offer is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and address) and reserves the right to reject any claim if, in the Promoter’s reasonable belief the claim is false, invalid, tampered with or ineligible or which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
- To be eligible for money back promotion consumers must:
- Purchase any Olay Regenerist product
- Follow the exact usage directions which are on or included in the pack
- If the product doesn’t meet the consumer’s expectations for any reason, the consumer must complete the claim form, including specifying honestly why they were dissatisfied with the product. To complete the form, consumers will need to provide:
- Name of the product
- Barcode serial number as shown on the packaging
- Original dated receipt of purchase
- Send the original sales receipt and the fully completed claim form via mail to:

- Entry is only valid if all stated requirements above are completed. To verify validity of claim and purchase amount, entrants must retain a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase. Only one claim per person and only one claim permitted per household in total. No responsibility accepted for lost, late, or misdirected claims.
- Official claim forms can only be obtained through the internet at www.olay.com.au
- Refund does not include postage costs of the claim form and purchase receipt.
- No responsibility will be accepted for lost or misdirected mail.
- All valid entries will receive a cheque valued at purchase price as per receipt enclosed by consumer. Only those entrants who complete all the required information and can provide proof of purchase will be eligible for the money back offer.
- All claims in this Money Back Promotion become the property of the Promoter. By submitting a claim, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information to contact the claimant with exclusive offers and updates for products from Procter & Gamble without any reference or payment or other compensation to the claimant.
