Regenerist Sampling Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to claim and offers form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The free samples offer is only open to residents of Australia over the age of 18, who sign up on the website olay.com.au and include all the requested information. Failure to include all the information may result in the samples not being delivered.
3. Sample offer commences on August 11th, 2008 and will end once stock has run out. Distribution of samples will be on a first come, first serve basis.
4. The sample offered consists of 1 Olay Regenerist Mask 1PC and 1 Olay Regenerist Serum 10ml.
5. Sale of sample is strictly prohibited.
6. Delivery of samples will be by regular Australian Post service which may take from 5 to 30 working days, however, timings may vary according to city, state or territory. Promoter does not guarantee sample offer will be delivered within timing specified.
7. The Promoter and their suppliers cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged sample offers.
8. There is a strict limit of one sample per address. One cannot sign up for more than one offer.
9. Offer is subject to sample availability and the Promoter cannot guarantee that a sample will be delivered upon your request.

12. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
